This and the following tour pages are dedicated to 23 disparate people who blended famously for 23 days on the WorldWide Overland Tour from Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe to Nairobi, Kenya from March 27 to April 19, 2005. They are our delightful, spunky, diligent tour guide Sharon Dismore (UK, who saved me from a mishap or 2), big Masai driver Alois LeKolil (Kenya), magical cook George Moua (Kenya), casually wise tour-guide trainee Shaun (So.Africa), ageless Faith Humphries (US born Aussie), handsome Leigh Kellett (Aussie), the baby of the group fun-guy Gary Fisher (Aussie), a tour-guide himself amiable Matthew Irwin (Aussie) and his Busabout girl with gorgeous hair pretty Sherry Lee (Canada), the man in search of mountains to hike Frank Elsner (German), genial, a hot-rod too, Sharon Moore (Aussie), an affable companion Annabel Bangham (New Zealand), fine chick who likes fine things, a drummer and violinist to boot, Rebecca White (Aussie), tall, good-natured, peachy-skin Paulette Brownlee (New Zealand), a gentleman, Becky's dad Christopher, "I am happy to announce that there has K(NOT) been a murder committed last night..." lawyer Richard English (UK), his brother lanky mimic Chris with his pretty mid-wife babe Clare Bateman (UK), strong and quietly humorous Tom Deswart (Belgium, my part-time tent-mate), the man who likes beer Bert Creve (Belgium), reserved, quite, all-around fine guy Tom De Bosschere (Belgium), and bright, no-nonsense (huh, what a dancer too!)
