Its future is promising!		NOTE: Landlocked (and relatively poor) Kosovo, on the other hand, does not have such ready economic potentials. After it gains its independendence from Serbia, it might eventually join Albania, with similar ethnic character, and so gain a foothold on the Adriatic Sea!	28. vienna
