"Taverns of the World" is my label to dance music, like waltz, polka, bolero, and other ageless and time-tested tunes, played at taverns by small folksy orchestras and bands, sometimes including an accordion, that generations of people have grown up with. What I found on the Internet for some were song versions, which put me in a conflict with the contents of my 'Foreign Delights' CD with beautiful foreign melodies and songs. I chose here the best available versions of my original picks in 2000, with a few replacements.
